I just spent $180 on sims 4 expansions and kits

I just spent $180 on sims 4 expansions and kits and it's not showing I've purchased them. I got an order confirmation email; moneys been taken out and it's not giving me the option to download and wants me to re-purchase them. I went to report it on the app, but the Ea help isn't working either lol. i feel scammed by Ea so so please help. I've logged in and out, nothings worked so far.
