Hello!
I followed the steps and it still doesn't seem to work for me. Is there any other recommendation you suggest I should do?

I also have been having the same issue with the packs stopping at 72%, and I have tried everything mentioned above. I also tried to report the error, but the error reporter is also not working. @EA_Solaire

I reported the error a couple of days ago and it seems like they haven't done anything. I also reached out to them through email and all they told me to do was to clear the cache so clearly it wasn't very helpful. I don't know what else to do but I want to figure it out as well.
- 2 years ago@EA_Solaire I'm also having the exact same problem. I really hope it will be solved quickly. Especially since I've paid for the packs, it's really a shame I can't use them
