I need help with my Purchases

Problem 1: I refunded BF Bundle (Battlefield 1, 4 and 5) in Steam but it's still showing in my EA App. Problem 2: I bought Titanfall 2 after I refunded BF Bundle in Steam but it's not showing in EA ...

    @EA_Illium Already fixed it. Turns out, I need to open the App Recovery application, not the one in the EA App options. Thanks Anyways

Hi @6KneeGrew9 Can we try the following steps?

  • Verify you have linked EA and Steam, and are signed into both clients using the linked accounts
  • EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
  • Verify the game in your Steam library 
  • Check for other applications that may

did Solution 1, 2, and 3 and I never run any app on Backround. Still nothing. It still says I own BF1, 4 and 5 and not Titanfall 2
