Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 saves/user content disappearing (PC)

So, my game won't load. It keeps saying error something went wrong on our side. I have sent a form to EA but I haven't heard back from them. So, I looked on the forms, and I came across someone saying move the electronic arts folder to my desktop and it will work. But my saves won't be there it would be in a folder saved. So, I did that and my sims4 game started working again, but now I'm trying to get my mods, and ccs back so I can play normally with my saves and all. But I can't find them, (I don't even know where I am supposed to be looking for). I am panicking and really want to play my sims like normally. Please help me, thank you as well.
