I cant download or play Battlefield 1 it says expired but i bought game with twitch prime Why i cant play bf1 but i can play bf5 but i also bought it with twitch prime too

How can I reach out to support? They don't even respond to my emails.
- @ALISEMANES same here they will ignore you the whole time and live chat is useless too
you need to access the support site (US region) pick the game and choose a topic and you will see a chat option
the solution is simple ask them to remove the trial version of the game from your account dont bother with any other solutions
