I own BF1 but it says expired

I cant download or play Battlefield 1 it says expired but i bought game with twitch prime  Why i cant play bf1  but i can play bf5 but i also bought it with twitch prime too

@ALISEMANES same here they will ignore you the whole time and live chat is useless too
