I redeemed a code but didn*t gave me the game

So I bought a digital key for Titanfall 2 deluxe edition and Batlefield 1 revolution edition, but when I entered the code it didn't gave me the games and then when I try again it says that this code ...

    OMG, i just came back home and i saw that i had the games and i can install them. I want to thank you for all and I hope you will be promoted.

It happed to my to i redeem the code but when i cheeked my library the game wasn't there i don't know what to do plzzz help EA
