Hey there @VersheeteL,

Where were these codes purchased from? Did you try redeeming them directly in the EA app instead of from the website?

Hi, @EA_Solaire! I tried to put them into EA app's activation code box, but it says the code is already redeemed. I guessed it's how it's supposed to be since I've already activated them via the ea.com site and it accepted the code there.

  Did you check that you're logging into the EA app with the same account that you redeemed these codes on from the EA website?
