I want to unlink xbox account and I know i'm blocked

Only one way for u in this case is create all new or use all differet accounts:
- create new EA account;
- create new Xbox account ;
- add new account profile to ur Xbox;

- switch to new account profile on ur Xbox, or/and remove old Xbox profile from ur Xbox;
- make linkage ur new Xbox account to the new EA account;
- buy the game and play...

@TorpeDoSyS I used to deal with these on a daily basis. If you do not have access to the email on file in order to log in and make those changes, you wont be able to. Live Support has to.

If you can log in, and there is no option to unlink on your end. Live Support has to on their end if the account qualifies for changes to be made

On the change neither apply, then the advice above on making new accounts is the only option. Support can only make changes to an account once the account is verified with them. There are no exceptions to that one due to account security and not something that can be handled over the forums.
