Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

I literally live at the foot of a mountain on a river in the back woods of Alabama. I rely on a phone hotspot for updates and downloads OR have to PLAN a trip to town to the library or a friends over 40 minuets away. I rely on my offline games and have hundreds of dollars in Sims 4 that I cant even touch. This is robbery.

    I have tested since latest ea app update and it can now be played with no internet again 🙂
