Impossible to update apex, impossible to uninstalle EAPLAY

Hello,

I have a lot of issues with EA Play . At the beginning i couln't install the last Apex Update, the download stop a 3% . I tried to uninstall EA Play but it s impossible. After uninstall it by right clicking the uninstallation didn't end, the progress bar is stuck at around 90%. The application still appear in the window application list, but when i try to uninstall it via the windows software manager it doesn't appear. My last attempt was to reinstall apex, i uninstall it via windows but now EA Play did'nt suggest me to install it (even after cleaning the cache). I followed the instructions found elsewhere to uninstall ea play but nothing worked. I'm literally going around in circles
