Community ManagerWhy has EA taken away content that we Game Pass members are entitled to have?
I should have got XP boost in FIFA 21 and some other content but nothing has been delivered to me and the season is almost over.
Before the content was delivered by your customer representatives, but you decide to post an article in the Trello board and now the only answer is that no one can do anything.
How can you treat your customers like this?
I demand to have the content that I am entitled to have delivered to me ASAP.

because they dont care the xbox app has been broken since windows 10 came out and ea made the new ea desktop app so u can have yet another launcher installed on your pc they never fix anythging unless they loose money the ea desktop app came out months ago and it is just as broekn as it was 5 months ago
