I tried deleting the cache and uninstalling the game, but to no avail. Secondly, I chose to uninstall the ea app and download it again, but it failed to download and the connection was refused by origin-a.akamaihd.net. However, I found that the ea app can be downloaded normally on other devices. I downloaded the ea app installation package through other devices and tried to install it, but encountered the error code INST-14-12029.How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Visit ea app download and try to open ea app installation packageWhat happens when the bug occurs? I have the exact same issue. I've tried many ways and watched a lot of videos. However, none of these methods actually works, can somebody help me out please?&nbsp;Thanks a lot

I used Nord VPN. I connected to another country server in nord vpn and it let me install and play. I am not sure if it can also be fixed by resetting the router, doing some IP change in your machine or calling you Internet provider.

I did notice that while I had the issue, I couldnt download the installer either. So, I think maybe EA blocked or did something to the registered IP. Idk...sucks.
