Hey, I have the same problem on my EA App on Windows, it starts to downloading but stops at 72% and don't get any error code. I puchased my packs from G2A and before this it has always worked. I've tried to do all the things that should help the downloading but it hasn't helped. What could be the issue? I also tried to uninstall The Sims 3 main game but it doesn't let me uninstall it.
