[INVESTIGATION] - Sims 4 Epic Bundle issues with EA app
@WabiWasabi Omg this is me right now at this moment!! I’ve literally tried everything you tried and still nothing .. the “launching game” just keep loading but never actually launches the game . I thought it was a bad mod or something but that usually still launches the game. I linked my EA with Epic as well and epic just sends me to EA App

After claiming the Bundle, I could not see the new DLC in my EA App until I launched The Sims 4 through Epic Games. After that, the DLC showed up as owned in EA App, I could download it, and launch the game through EA App, even with Epic Games closed.
After launching The Sims 4 through Epic, please try specifically looking up the DLC you need using the search bar, instead of using the Manage Add-Ons menu.
