[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

Hi everyone, This thread has been created to gather data from players who report the absence of previously owned or recently bought Games/DLCs in their EA app Library starting from January/Februar...

  • Your EA ID/Username: blubirdee

  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful): Several Sims 3 DLCs (World Adventures, Master Suite, Into the Future, High End Loft...etc etc-- 8 DLCs total are missing)

  • The date when this issue first started: 2/1/24 (after not playing since the migration from Origin)

  • Your current EA app version (find out here): 13.128.0.5641

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread): f689f5f3-d375-46dd-8942-8b348f3e77d2
