Names of Games Missing: FIFA 22

Date of Issue: 02/10/2024

Current EA App version: 13.128.0.5641

EA App Error Reporter ID:c3089df3-5fee-438d-a3c5-ae952973872c

My Fifa 22 game is missing form the library and it asks me to downlaod again. But when I try downlaoding it gets stuck at preparing. It has been more than a week.
