Purchased expansion pack for Sims4, it shows up in my EA account order history, but its not showing up in my 'ADD ONS' list.  There is a note that says it can take up to 30 minutes to automatically download, and its been over 2 hours.  How can I get the download option for the expansion pack to appear?
