[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful): Sims 4 High School Years (the only one I noticed)

  • The date when this issue first started: 3.3.2024.

Decided to buy a Build Your Own Bundle for Sims 4. Ended up with buying High school years and a few others. After having issues with downloading HSY, realised I actually bought it in 2022 and it shouldn't have been offered as an option during the BYOB menu. Opened a ticket with support and they refunded the whole bundle.

Followed all the troubleshooting steps found on this thread, none worked.
