[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

  • Your EA ID/Username: bs022289

  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful): Sims 4 and variety of add-ons (Pets, Seasons, Realm of Magic, Growing together, For Rent etc.)

  • The date when this issue first started, Saw it in February 2024 and logged out and restarted the computer and app, happened again today 3/8/24

  • Your current EA app version (find out here), 13.140.0.5653 (8032-91b7ebbd71)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread). no error report showing, all games missing from Library. Able to open Sims 4 through shortcut on desktop but if all are missing from library the concern is that nothing will update again.

    Note: The App is prompting me that I need to make an EA Play account which I should not have to do to access content I've already paid for.
