[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

My EA ID: barmatushechka

My Game: SimCity 2013 Complete Edition

My EA App version: 13.152.0.5660 (80380-124258b0f5)

My EA report ID: 16ef3494-9975-4536-b9d0-776783b1e02e (report from 2024/03/12)

EA app show me only Standard Edition of Simcity 2013 with activated addons like "Cities of Tomorrow", but i bought key and activate it for Complete Edition of Simcity, and my game have missing content from complete edition.

This is my third report to EA, I'm expecting for a solution to this problem for whole nine weeks (passed whole two month), it’s just incredible.

    • Your EA ID/Username: artnat

    • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful): Battlefield 2042, MAss Effect, BAttlefield 4, basically everything but Star Wars Jedi Survivor and SW Battlefront 2

    • The date when this issue first started, couple of months ago

    • Your current EA app version (find out here), 13.140.0.5653 (80449-7904b0f460)

    • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread). f9ea682a-809c-42ee-a810-6948ce931306

    EA App only showed Star WArs BF 2 and SW Jedi Survivor, bsically 44 other games went missing, they appeared again when I started one from the application file on drive.
