EA Play subscription notification CONSTANTLY popping up.

I am at a complete loss as to what to do. Every single time I open the EA app I get a pop up that says my subscription to EA Play has expired and that I need to renew it. I only had EA Play for one month over 10 years ago! I've turned off all notifications within the app, turned off the in-game overlay, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache again, and it STILL comes up every single f---- time I open the app and I am SICK of it. Every suggestion that comes up in google doesn't work.
