Community ManagerHello, since this problem began in Feb. 2024, and many users cannot access the EA App / or the EA App will not download to Windows 10 user machines in Feb. 2024, they are likely related.
Since various users have correlated issues starting in Feb. 2024, EA is capable of identifying the issue. If EA can be aware of the cause - they can code the EA App to provide a solution.
I have not been able to access the EA App after a Windows 10 update in Feb. 2024. The App stopped working. I uninstalled as recommended.
Reinstall has failed hundreds of times.
Every work around short of reinstalling Windows, which may not work, has not worked - and hundreds of users have posted this exact problem starting in Feb. 2024.
So ostensibely, thousands of people have no access to the EA games they purchased.
If Limited Playtime is specified in the contract under purchasing, please reference it. Alternatively, this looks like a lawsuit.
