[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

My sims 4 interior design pack was purchased a few months ago, and after recently purchasing a new one, the old one now says that I need to repurchase it. I have worlds with that pack, and it isn't showing up in them. I recently bought the "for rent" pack, which works. While trying to purchase I was having some difficulty, but eventually got it to work. Everything is fine, except for the fact that my old pack is no longer available to me. I can repurchase it, but I already did and would just like it back. I lost a lot of things in my world that I used with the pack.
