Community ManagerI had gamepass ultimate and when it expired it has taken all of my game on the EA app even though they were ALL purchased long before I had gamepass, I want my games restored and your system fixed so that this doesn't happen again
I have cleared the cache dozens of times, this problem is EA's end NOT mine.

I have been playing the sims for over 20 years and after all this trouble I have been having I WILL NOT be buying anymore ea games until they sort their system out and can guarantee that this WILL NOT happen again
