The names of the missing games (please just name a handful), The Sims , Crysis 3, Simcity, mass effect + all the rest

The date when this issue first started, It started over a week ago and today this came up (see attachment)

Your current EA app version (find out here), 13.152.0.5665 (80884-7690b5aaa2)

Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread). I have no idea what this is

I have been playing the sims for over 20 years and after all this trouble I have been having I WILL NOT be buying anymore ea games until they sort their system out and can guarantee that this WILL NOT happen again
