  • The names of the missing games: The Final Hours of Mass Effect 3,  Mass Effect 3 - Digital Soundtrack, Mass Effect 3 - Digital Artbook, Mass Effect 3 - N7 Deluxe Edition (my copy is marked now standard)

  • The date when this issue first started: Detection date 2024.MAR.27

  • Your current EA app version: 13.162.0.5675 (81069-38b404873d)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID: 5c0c2097-0ba9-4e6f-8a86-70426cc5837 

All purchases are on my EA account. Clearing the cache won't solve my issue.
