[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

Hi everyone, This thread has been created to gather data from players who report the absence of previously owned or recently bought Games/DLCs in their EA app Library starting from January/Februar...

Edited since I saw that EA App wants me to buy some games again

  • Your EA ID/Username, - charlithelibruh

  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful), - Dragon Age 2 (DLC Bundle), The Sims Medieval (with Pirates & Nobles), The Sims 3 (with Supernatural, Late Night Expansion Pack and High-End Loft Stuff)
  • The date when this issue first started, - April 4th, 2024

  • Your current EA app version (find out here), - 13.166.05679 (81327-53372c983b)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread). - de733889-fa5f-4f49-93c6-199ae9b7016a
