EA ID/Username - Sync_F2C

The names of the missing games - Mass Effect Legendary Edition (+1 DLC), Mass Effect Andromeda (+6 DLCs), Dragon Age (+1 DLC), Dragon Age 2 (+18 DLCs), Dragon Age Inquisition Ultimate Edition (+15 DLCs)

The date when this issue first started - 5/22/2024

Current EA app version - 13.202.0.5715 (83357-2e60ee9275

EA app Error Reporter ID - fbf5c87b-85fa-471e-b4ce-9a0a5c557ab7

All were purchased on STEAM, but there are no issues on STEAM's side/platform.
