[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

  • Your EA ID/Username - 8888888888864

  • The names of the missing games (please just name a handful), - Dragon age  Inquisitionis game of the year edition + all dlc. Dragon age ll, mass effec 3 n7 collector's Edition, mass effec 3 andromeda super deluxe + all dlc

  • The date when this issue first started, 31/08/2024

  • Your current EA app version (find out here), -  13.284.0.5797 (hotfix-5d9e1bb28d)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread). - I can't submit my application. It gives the error "An error occurred while generating an error report".
