I'm encountering a problem with EAFC24, which I've purchased and installed on the same PC through both Steam and the EA platform(different accounts). Here are the details of my issue and what I've tried so far:
Initial Purchase and Installation:
- Purchased and installed EAFC24 through Steam on my first account.
- Purchased and installed the game again directly through the EA platform on another account.
Issue Encountered:
- When I try to launch the game from the EA platform, it seems unable to find or recognize the game, despite it being installed. (you can find game under installed, but it's gray out, and says unavailable)
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Reinstalled the game on both platforms.(i kept two different version of game in my pc, but after logging in through the Steam version, I am unable to open the game on the EA platform.)
- Created a new Windows user account to try to resolve any potential conflicts. (didn't solve the issue)
I would appreciate any advice or solutions regarding this matter.
