I just had a look and I couldn't find any known issues that would cause this for Spore. 

Could you try uninstalling Spore through the Windows Settings > Apps, followed by downloading and installing Spore through EA Desktop? 

Then I would need some more information about the error message that you received, did it say that you were missing some DLL file @cucuNiano-7u7?

I'm thinking that the error message could be about the Visual C++ not working properly, and for Spore that's the 2013 version. 

There are two files that you can find in Spore\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist, you can launch both files and repair/install the VC++ files. 

not one single game i try will work and they all give the same error message and says missing dll: [x3daudio1_7.dll] and nothing i do to fix it works
