Is there no option to install the game in Dutch at all? I don't have the game on my own account so I can't check, but can you see if other languages are supported and if it's just missing Dutch?

Thank you for the link but doesn't help. The link is exactly the method I used for sims 3 and 4 to install the Dutch version so I was tech savvy enough to figure this out on my own. For sims 3 and 4 this works. . Unfortunately it is not possible for sims medieval. It only shows one language: English. I don't have the option to select any other language.
