Library showing empty

yo if you see this its ea themselves. I've had this issue since a week after jedi survivors was launched, ea made an oopsie with an update and they don't want to say its their fault at all so we all can't get compensated for the mistake made by ea themselves. the only fix is if you link to facebook, steam, or the other platforms listed but you can't normal sign in or use google to quick sign in. if one of the other sign in options have an issue you gotta try the others because ea keeps messing them up somehow... its useless to report to ea if they don't take things serious in the first place after 4 months of the same issue and that's not including the unfortunate people that got the issue before the 4 months I've been dealing with it
