Have you verified that you're logging into the same EA account that your content was original purchased under? Be sure to check the Order History on your EA account to verify if you're logging into the same account that you had purchased your games on.
If your order history shows as blank, you're most likely logging into the wrong EA account, and you'll need to contact live support to have them help you locate the correct login details.
Yes it's the right account. I originally spoke with them to confirm it's the right account. Am I ever going to have access to my games or should I just never make another purchase on your platform again? This is insane.
