MacOS Monterey Version 12.7.1 (This is the furthest point I can update my device, have seen people saying to update to the latest os but I am not able to)
Timestamp when the issue first occurred (date/time):
Thursday 9 May approx. 8:00pm (Which was the first time I installed the app and the first time origin was displaying the dialogue box to install the ea app that I could not close)
When does the error occur (opening the EA app, starting a game via the EA app, or during gameplay?):
Opening the EA App. As soon as I open it crashed and just shows the "The App Closed Unexpectedly" box people have shown

I can't open the app to follow the instructions given but from the error report I believe it is version 13.202.0.5715
