Platform: MacBook Air, MacOS

Please provide more information on your operating system (OS): Monterey 12.7.5

Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Performance

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm): 15.05.24

Summarize your bug: The app crashes when trying to launch.

How often does the bug occur? Every time

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
1. Click on the EA app icon and wait.
2. A pop-up with the following error occurs "The App crashed unexpectedly. We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it."
3. When restarting, the issue shows again and again and the app doesn't launch.

What happens when the bug occurs? The app crashes and displays a pop-up saying "The app crashed unexpectedly".

What do you expect to see? The app should not crash and I should be able to play games I have purchased.
