Please share an EA app Error Reporter ID here in the thread: "The app crashed unexpectedly. We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix this" (it doesn't)
Please share the most recent EA app logs and attach them to your post (check here on how to do this): (it is not letting me attach he RAR files)
I'm having exactly the same issue. I've tried upgrading my Mac, the app and restarting. All of these fail.
The only workaround that I've had is to immediately set the app to offline ("go offline" under account at the top) before anything else loads.
This allows my me to load my game and play offline, but doesn't allow me to buy the expansions that I want or to get any game updates.
