I am having this issue and very sad about it!! I have tried to get help from the online chat to no avail. I just cant do the winRAR stuff - but this is the stuff that i'm hoping is enough!

 

Your Mac model name 13-inch 2017, four thunderbolt 3 ports

 

What version of macOS are you using Ventura 13.6.7

When does the error occur: Trying to launch the EA app
