Madden not showing up in EA game lobby after a failed download.

I bought the digital PC version of Madden 24. I launched the EA  game library and signed in. I redeemed the code and Madden started to prepare the download. After an hour of Madden trying to download I figured I would cancel the download and restart. The problem with that is that iMadden doesn't show up in my game library so I can restart the download nor was there an email sent to my email account attached to EA. I bought the game at Gamestop so I am sure they won't be able to help me or issue me a new code. I don't want to spend another $100 on a repurchase nor should I have to. Please help
