Summarize your bug Unable to download Mass Effect Andromeda, after updating from Origin to the EA App. I am able to download and install my other games, but not Mass Effect Andromeda, in the EA app
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to download the game.
What do you expect to see? I expected to be able to download my game, as I have been able to do in the Origin Launcher
I have tried the following:
- Uninstall and reinstalling the EA app
- Installed the Origin launcher
- I am able to download and install my other games, but not Mass Effect Andromeda, in the EA app
- I can install and launch Mass Effect Andromeda in the Origin Launcher, without any issue.
