Mass Effect Legendary Edition unable to launch online

Summarize your bug The EA App will not let me launch my game as usual. I usually have to wait 10 minutes or more before I get the above mentioned error. Then I will get the option to start the game using local files. The error state: " Cloud storage is full The cloud storage for this game exceeds 1 GB. Launch the game using local data, or clear some of your local files and try again." The other option is to put the app in offline mode and launch the game. I have cleared all of the local files for Mass Effect Legendary Edition. I have also unistalled all of my games as well as the EA App. I reinstalled the EA App and Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Still having the same issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? AAll I do is to launch the EA App (Either from nomal launch or as the Admin) Try to launch the game. THat is when I get the error.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not able to get and or collect any more badges or play the game from anywhere else.
What do you expect to see? To clear my cloud storage to let me be able to play normally again.
