Missing ALL my games

I've not used EA's app etc for a number of years, the last being Origin. I was interested in playing bf6 so downloaded their new app only to find all my games I had on origin missing. So naturally I send in a support ticket only to get an automated response. It appears in the my cases section as waiting for player, as if wanting me to reply to something, how can I reply to nothing? there is no option in the my cases area and the emails I send are ignored or the odd few I have received are automated responses. The most recent email I sent, I received a message saying their inbox was full lol, is this a joke or what?  I'm not sure the email they're asking me if I still need help on, even has the ability to be sent emails as it has no reply in it, see image.

Ironically on the website as you scroll past games I see an owned tag over many of them but of course they are no where to be found anywhere outside of this tag in the image below, neither do they appear in any purchase history. Is it actually possible to communicate with a human at EA. [Snip] Absolutely shocking customer support.

If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. Cheers.

    Hey MiK99x,

So they're showing up as owned on our help site, but they're nowhere to be seen on the app? Maybe this is a silly question, but do you have multiple accounts and have you maybe logged in to the EA app using the wrong one?

It's also always a good idea to clear the EA app cache if you're having any issues with it. Could you give that a go and let me know if it works?

Appreciate the reply, tried what you suggested to no avail, still doesnt show them. Interestingly what you said about two accounts has some merit, back in 2008 I lost the ability to use an old email due to the email provider closing down its service so I contacted EA and they ended up merging the account into a new one I created and called it my master account, this worked fine for over a decade, I did include this info in my support ticket but obviously I've no way to follow up on that as the emails cant be sent back to the person/bot asking if I still need help. I still have the original email sent from EA confirming the creation of my master account I'll link the image. It is bizarre however that the website seems to know I own these games but outside of those owned tags in the help section of the site there is zero evidence elsewhere and just to confirm, yeah it's the same account on both the app and the website.

Any more advice would be great. Cheers.
