Another frustrating conversation with EA help to no resolution. I bought this pack full price to get the bonus content, which I have not received. All they suggest is to post on the forums - which clearly has not helped so far.
EA_Solaire please tell us what to do - I just want the bonus content which I am entitled to

I am having this same issue and spoke with the EA live chat and this is all they could give me:
“Alright, as I have checked and I have documented your feedback or bug in my case notes for review. While I cannot provide an estimated timeframe for when this will be addressed, l assure you that it will be reviewed.
Additionally, you may find other players with similar feedback or issues on the https://forums.ea.com/category/ea-forums-en where you can upvote relevant posts.”
Hoping this is fixed soon it’s really frustrating

nope :( still no update, and EA chat does not help. I'm hoping one of the community managers (EA_Solaire) can help or give us an update?

So I did get some help through the EA help chat a day or two after I posted. I was able to talk with someone, and they did help me with the bug/problem. They were able to get me the bonus content after I answered some questions and sent some pictures. It did take me 3 tries through the EA chat to get someone who knew how or who to talk to about this problem/bug.

I'm happy for you 🙂 I think the big problem is that it's a matter of luck whether you get a competent employee. EA really needs to IMPROVE in this area and train its employees!!! It's unacceptable that we paying customers have to waste our valuable time because of a mistake on EA's part! As a customer, you should at least be compensated with a small voucher or something for such an outrage. I'll try my luck again sometime when I have time to spend hours in a queue, because when you're working, time is limited. Even if the folks at EA seem to think we sit around all day and have time to mess around with their customer service😒
