The only way to speak to Terms of Service team is by creating a case by following the link provided previously. If the appeals are being declined by the team, we won't be able to assist with that.

My account has been mistakenly banned, and I have sought your help multiple times, but you have denied your mistake. I feel very helpless, please help me solve the problem

@FakerLegends some at EA "support" seem to love the power without responsibility they have and seem to take pleasure in people complaining and feeling helpless. I know, because I tried to contact them about 50 times in a case recently, each time being answered by a person that behaved like an internet troll, ignoring what I said and asking the same questions over and over again. Finally, they removed my only way of answering them, by an email form, and now all my attempts to send something to them leads me to a "self-help" page with only dead links (no response if I click on any of them).
