My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't

So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their sq...

I'm a Steam Deck with the same issue... Any ideas/how would i try the DNS thing? I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still no connection.

ps.  this account is 9 years old, but my wife's is 2 months and having the same issue.

    I am currently have this issue as well on Steam Deck. Did you eve figure it out?

      Hi. I did change the dns in my router settings, I used one dns for stopping ads etc, then it worked for me.
