My Ea says can't be launched cause some features are disa
Hi my Ea has been says It cannot be launched because some features are disabled and that it cannot load because its being launched by an different application

I understand that you are not able to launch the EA app on your PC.
- To confirm can you also try to clear the App's cache:

The EA app
- Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
- Scroll to Help.
- Click App recovery.
- Select Clear cache.
From Windows 10
If you can’t open the EA app, you can also follow these steps to clear your cache.
- Open the Start menu.
- Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.
- Select App Recovery.
- A confirmation window will pop up.
- Click Clear Cache.
- Make sure to close any other apps running in the background before you launch it.
- Launch EA app as Administrator.
Spoiler- Right-click on the game or launcher and click on Properties.
- Click on the Compatibility tab.
- Check the option "Run this program as an administrator" under the settings.
- Then click on Apply and Ok to save the change.
ok I did clear my cache but can you help me close any background running apps please

You can go step by step through the instructions available on our website or you can run your PC in Clean boot mode as it will also close down programs running in the background.
