My fifa account does not work on my device but other accounts do

Summarize your bug I tried to get on FIFA on my computer, the same way I always do and when I selected my account when you first get into FIFA my screen went black and it kicked me out. so I opened it again and the same things happened so then I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it, this time verifying the game files on Steam and the same thing happened yesterday I decided to uninstall the game and then log into my friend's ea account on the SAME device and re-downloaded FIFA and it worked with no black screening So I do not know if my account files are corrupted or something
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just log into fifa using my account
What happens when the bug occurs? My screen goes black and it kicks me out

I have cleared my cash and gone through 2 different live chats on 2 different cases today and nothing they did could help so they recommended me to make a post. I also can not sell any players on the mobile web app as it says there is an error each time but I know that other people can sell their players
