My game won't load

I just bought Bejeweled Twist two days ago. I went to open it and play, but it opened a small window that was just white, then closed after a few seconds, bringing me back to the EA app. I have talked to three different people on the EA chat thing and none of them helped. They had me doing a bunch of troubleshooting, and nothing worked. The third person said I needed to post here because there was nothing they could do. I have a Windows computer and it has the Windows 11 update. Everything is up to date, and I have tried to do the repair option on the game and the EA app. They also told me to wait up to 24 hours for the game to "process" after buying. Two days later and here I am... I need help. I just want to play the game!!!!
