Pretty much what the title says, I’d purchased the Strangerville Sims 4 Pack through PayPal on the EA App (I know that it wasn’t steam because it says my steam doesn’t use PayPal) and I went to download it the next day but it says I need to repurchase it?? Idk what’s happening but I need help ASAP because $30 was spent on that

Have you checked on your PayPal account if the purchase has gone through? This sounds like, there might have been an issue with the payment registering.
Also check your EA account order history here to see if the transaction is showing on your account.
If it is showing the purchase there, but the DLC still doesn't show as owned on the EA app, go ahead and clear the EA app cache, as this can often help in such cases.
